Position: Waiter/Waitress
Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and dedicated waiters/waitresses to join our professional team. As a member of our service staff, you will represent Grand China, delivering top-notch service and ensuring our guests enjoy an unforgettable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
•Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
•Present menus and provide detailed information about dishes and beverages
•Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
•Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
•Ensure guests’ dining experience meets high standards of hospitality
•Address and resolve any guest concerns or special requests
•Maintain a clean and organized service area
•Assist in setting up and closing the dining area
•Collaborate with team members to provide excellent service and enhance guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
•Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in an upscale dining environment is preferred
•Knowledge of Pan-Asian cuisine and wine pairings is an advantage
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Excellent customer service and multitasking abilities
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
•Professional appearance and demeanor
•Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
